Triple Ace is set to open on August 2nd. I'm fortunate enough to have been behind the scenes, helping it's Founder, Emeraldisle, as her Head Concessions gal (no popcorn cleaning here lol). It's been a complete blast so far, and I'm sure the fun will only continue. It's also been quite a treat to see how competitions get set up from the very beginning, behind the scenes (um, pardon the pun).
Naturally, I had to join, and while my site isn't movie based (and that isn't a requirement for the competition, by the way), I had to choose the Sci-Fi/Horror Team, just because some of the things rolling around in my brain, that often end up on paper, are the Twilight-Zone type of things that would fall under sci-fi.
